I have been registered with this surgery for a great number of years and have had appointments with various doctors during this time. In my experience, I have always found the doctors to be caring, attentive, and very professional. I am fortunate, because I do not require the services of a GP very often these days, but when I do develop a medical condition, I know my health and wellbeing is in good hands. | ||||||

Having booked in with the Sister to have immunisation boosters, last year, Sister also asked if she could do my smear which I had avoided previously. She made me feel comfortable and reassured me and so I was happy to have my smear done by her. I doubt I would have consented with any other nurse, Sister made me feel very relaxed. Being young, I was anxious. My results came back abnormal with and it was shocking for me and my family. Had Sister not gone out of her way for me that day then my life would be completely different now, with moderate/severe illness developing undetected. My eyes have been opened to the importance of health checks. Having had treatment following my smear, my results are now normal and my health is restored, thanks to the Sister. I would have avoided the smear otherwise, which now seems rediculous and dangerous. I have two young children and their lives could have been completely different now, also. Thank you to Sister for being an advocate and going out of her way to look after me. My family and I are very grateful.
Moving on, a year later, I visited Sister today for immunisations for travelling abroad and was comforted in her knowledge of what I need to protect myself from health risks. Sister provided and administered my immunisations and gave me fantastic advice for other precautions I need to take and took the time to educate me on my health needs for my travel abroad. Sister has also facilitated my knowledge of dangers to health and also educated me on safety of travelling abroad.

We have been with this surgery for a few years now and extremely happy with all aspects of care and treatment. Would highly recommend. | ||||||
