The appointment system at this practice just isn't working. Do they have too many registered patients for the number of GPs? The appointment system is to phone at 8am on the day an appointment is required. This involves re-dialling the practice literally hundreds of times to get through. When you do get through, it's invariably the case that you're told all appointments for the day are gone. This occurs even when you manage to get through as early as 08.10am (having been trying constantly since 8am). | ||||||
