I can't praise this surgery enough from the receptionists Nurses and Doctors, they are so caring and follows things through. I'm so pleased that I changed to this surgery. ?? | ||||||

Cannot see a Doctor tell you to fill in the consult form online when I get near the end it says can not proceed phone and speak to someone . Phone surgery and speak to a receptionist told can't speak to Doctor will have to speak with nurse first then wait for a phone call eventually speak to a nurse but told she can't help and would have phone surgery again and ask to speak to a Doctor. Now waiting for a phone call. What has happened to Old Hall Surgery Ellesmere Port I have been a patient for over 30 years can't believe it is like this. It is not fair when you are in severe pain to be dealt with like this. I believe my condition will only become worse and be harder to treat and cost NHS a lot more. | ||||||

Unable to make an appointment within a reasonable time. Not seen a doctor or had medical check up in over 12 months. Surgery has not got it's own registered doctors. They have to get doctors from other surgeries. | ||||||
