Good practice nurses offset by indifferent doctors. Telephone triage system wanders off-topic (i.e.what you presented with isn't what they want to deal with) and leaves you in limbo. There's also little clarity in the appointments-making process; for some reason, trying to make them at the counter if you're actually in the surgery for another reason (in my case as a carer) is Not Done. It's all very crystal-maze-ish. Can't say I've felt (or got) better as a result of trying to access health care here; not sure what their objectives actually are. |

I would like to record my appreciation of the prompt response and treatment following my GP telephone triage with a doctor and would have no hesitation in recommending the use of the on line facilities for booking appointments and follow up treatment. In addition I find the on line repeat prescription facility is a practical efficient use of the service. |

Don't take your NHS fund there as this doctors works on all costing first and then health after. Changed to a new GP's today as this place refused me NHS health care at the hospital, never go there find another practice, a hospital specialist requested I see another specialist due to a CT Scan revealing other medical issues and this practice has refused the hospital funding from their budget. |
