Had my smear test here recently. It was the best smear test I have ever had done. It was over so quick. The nurse was so polite and chatty. Really good experience. 5 stars to the nurse. | ||||||

Excellent service. I have had some bad experiences with the other NHS clinics in Warrington, but Eric Moore partnership served a good representation of respect and professionalism. They were approachable, very helpful with my concerns and were willing to go the extra mile to make me feel at ease. Highly recommend this clinic! | ||||||

Eric Moore HC says in the webiste and board outside the Medi Centre it's open on a Saturday till 1pm. You ring the normal phone numbers and the message tells you the surgery is shut. You ring the emergency number given and they dont answer it. I called down to the medi centre to see if they were open and they were. I was told they have a policy they dont answer the phones on a Saturday or the emergency number. What a disgrace. False information is unhelpful and detrimental to patient's. I have now had to travel to Widnes to an out if hours centre and sit for 3hrs until seen. | ||||||
