On arrival for a prebooked appointment Receptionist informed me that no appointment was made for me and I would have to call I the next morning to try and book one. On producing a hand written appointment card showing my appointment was correct they told me the doctor had no free time. After requesting to speak to practice management I was told that the doctor would see me if I could be "Quick". This is not the first time I this practice has been unprofessional in my opinion. They have not ordered correct prescriptions in the past, given wrong information on prescription use, had no doctor or locum in place on a Monday, informed me that due to my illness I would be contacted on a weekly basis ( that was three months ago and not one call ). | ||||||

1- i should recommend that stay away from this gp, specially shameful aggressive behaviour of receptionists. 2- if you get 10am appointment then your avg wait time will be 1 hour to 1:30, should must expect 11 or 11:30. 3- and if you ur appointment is 10am and got 5 minutes late because of no parking space, then u must should wait until next day or should go to gp out of hour in hospital. 4- i got 40 temperature with chest pain but they refuse to give treatment reason we were struggling to park car and got late just five minute,even not given emergency appointment. 5- never expect cooperation from this gp. | ||||||
