Just called when surgery opens at 8am it’s a recorded message and tells you to hold for an appointment then says the line is busy and disconnects you? Seriously I am so ill and bing cut off is this real? |

Trying to get an appointment is virtually impossible. When you do get through you are held in a queue, which often disconnects you at any point and generally when you do get through, there are no appointments left. Shocking service |

Dr Bunstone, who now runs the practice, is the Chief Medical Officer of Push Doctor, a virtual service that he has forced onto all patients. It is extremely rare to actually see a doctor at the surgery; instead you are referred to a doctor on the Push Doctor app. Any notes or referrals through the app seem to be stonewalled at the actual surgery. Referrals frequently get lost or are sat in clinical administration for weeks, even if urgent. The surgery seems to be run by a professional who has a conflict of interests, in fact, so much so that he recently resigned his CCG position after many GP practices expressed no confidence in him. Do NOT register at this practice if you can avoid it. It is dangerously mismanaged, and patients are struggling to receive basic care. Many services in the area are unaware of the Push Doctor app, which makes it even more confusing when dealing with referrals or even visits to Urgent Care. |
