Awful GP practice with little if any access to doctors oftentimes. I was given a referral that didn't materialise, and then was reprimanded for trying to get help for two conditions at once when it is extremely difficult to get appointments. I made the case that I would be able to get help for multiple things, and within one week, after 4 years registered there at my current address, I was sent a letter telling me I was no longer in the catchment area of the GP. Its a 20 minute walk away from my house. God help the sick people of Toxteth who have to put up with this sham of a service. People will die because the doctors won't see them. The very work done by this surgery as far as I can tell, is put up barriers to access. And at that task they are unparalleled. |

I have went to this practice for years and had a amazing doctor called dr wong and he had been amazing.I’ve had previous doctor but this doctor is the best I’ve ever had and I’m sticking with him for long time too.He had referred me to hospital to rule out any conditions and now I feel better that he did it to check and booked me in a appointment quickly. Please pass this review onto Dr Wong in the practice as he is an amazing doctor and I would not have any other doctor except for him |

Visited the GP practice this morning for help and advice from my GP, was greeted with sarcasm and unfriendly attitude. I have been I’ll for the past 5 day’s. I suffer with migraines which is brought on by the weather, I did however take a COVID test which has come back negative. For the past 5 days I’ve vomited, and coughed up un silty fluids. I have been in contact with 111 who’s has given me great advice and have concluded I should visit my GP. On visiting my GP this morning I was greeted with an un helpful none sympathetic receptionist. I explained my case to the receptionist and was told I’d have to wait for a callback, which is fine, but I truly feel like death. So I asked the receptionist is there no way I can talk with my GP, I am always in fit health, never visit the GP and not on any medication. So the receptionist response with wait for the call it could be anytime today, I also explained to the receptionist although I’m very I’ll I still must go too work as I an self employed! Which the receptionist replied “if you’re that sick, why you going to work”! Is this how you treat NHS patients? Is this synthetic help? Is this the sign of someone working in a caring profession? Not good at all! Now waiting too be seen at oldswan walk-in Center |
