A lot of bad reviews have been made by people about this surgery so I'm going to point out a few positive things. The reception staff work very hard to give out appointments. There's only so many appointments available and with everyone ringing in at 8am what are they supposed to do? Like with everything it comes on a first come first served basis. I know it's frustrating but it's not the fault of the reception staff. The Dr's here are very good and you can tell that they do care about their patients. I've been a patient here since the days of Dr Blakeborough who was also an excellent Dr and I think it's because we have really good Dr's at Earle road that you do have to wait for an appointment. I for one believe that Earle road has a lot of potential excellent Dr's and reception staff that strive to get you an appointment for when you need it. It's worth remembering that if there's no appointments then there's always the walk in centre and help can be found for a wide variety of ailments at your local pharmacy |

This practice is not only impossible to get an appointment with, the staff are always incredibly disinterested and down right rude when you finally get through to them. No matter how important the matter is, they are never helpful, you always have to wait to actually speak to someone and if you have an issue they reply with comments like ‘maybe you shouldn’t be with this practice’.
Being a part of this practice has actually made me put off getting serious help that I’ve needed and worsened my issues. If not for one doctor who works there I would of changed a long time ago and will likely still change in the future.
I cannot express how bad this practice is, they really need to improve their customer care, the staff need training on how to speak to people and they need to streamline the service so you can actually get an appointment when you need one. Not good enough. |

If I have no other choice, I go otherwise I'd stay home.
As soon as I entered the first time, I felt judged and unwanted. The doctor doesn't understand my problems.
I always feel at disease. The practice team always goes the extra mile to help our patients and if you would have rang the practice, I am sure I could have sorted any problems out for you. Unfortunately, you have chosen to remain anonymous so I am unable to ring you about your problems. If you would like to contact me at Earle Road to discuss your issues. |
