Called near closing time and I got an answer quite quickly, didn't wait more than 5 minutes. The receptionist was lovely but told me to call back next week since the nurse I needed wouldn't be working til mid september. |

This surgery is constantly getting prescriptions wrong (items missing). I have to wait at least a week for the prescription to be ready in the first place! The latest saga is a 2 week wait for a prescription to be "signed off". The receptionists are rude and always speak like they are doing you a favour. They need a course in customer care! |

The problem with the surgery is getting on the phone. I have some times waited up to an hour to get through, it's ridiculous. They need a better phone system. I'm sure they k ock the phones off between 3pm and 4pm you can never get an appointment when you want one and when you do eventually fet an appointment you never see your appointed gp. I was with this practice from the age of 16 till my late 30s, when Dr hegde and dr gould were there. They were brilliant. When I was unwell after having my 3rd child. Dr hegde alway came to see me when he was on his way home. Wouldn't happen now. They don't have the time. To be honest I'm considering going to another surgery. I give them 2 stars ?? |
