No complaints about treatment and level of service with most doctors and staff, locums dont seem to be bothered in you or your treatment s you require, some haven't got a clue. | ||||||

Rang surgery this morning for phone consultation as I cannot leave the house. 80 years old, Very swollen feet & ankles plus urine problem, Can barely walk even with use of frame. Was told fully booked by a receptionist who was adamant I couldn’t speak to someone even when I told her how worried I am. I am not a frequent visitor, but now I have to worry all weekend until I can speak to a doctor next week. This is the third time I have mentioned my problem to a receptionist when asked to come up for a review when my scrip was due., but no one has contacted me. Not a good situation. | ||||||
