Recently was moved to this practice and couldn’t say a single positive word about the doctors there. First doctor I met had no communication skills, dismissive towards my sick daughter and gave her a whole 30 seconds of her time before dismissing us. Luckily I got my child to hospital the same day where she stayed for over a week. When I next tried to contacted my doctor for her medication no one answered and I had to go in face to face to simply get receptionists to have the doctor contact me. He was no better than the first and hadn’t even bothered to check my child’s records. I had to explain the situation yet again multiple times as he kept interrupting me with the wrong information. I eventually had to call Alderhey myself to have my daughters nurse contact them as id still not received her prescription for critical medication she needs throughout the day. I’ve since transferred and would suggest anybody who values good health care, manners and empathy to avoid registering here. | ||||||
