Brownlow listens, understands and respect me. Been with them several years and happily provide feedback for GMC/NMC. Very understanding of my needs and explains everything - and summarises for me as I tend to forget
One doctor in particular has been fantastic, I've had regular appointments with him the last year - he is sensitive particularly with my history and takes me seriously, which I have had problems with at other practices. |

I would like the reception staff to tell me what number I am in the queue when I am on the phone waiting to speak to a receptionist. This is costing me money on my phone bill and just a little bit more information from them would be less costly.
I have asked the staff on numerous occasions over the past months and my requests have not happened or even explained to me why they have stopped this service now? |

Having told the reception staff that I would need to have an appointment in the evening due to the fact that I work during the day, I was informed that I could not book an appointment at all! I would have to take a day off work and go and sit in the practice which is not my usual surgery and wait in the morning to see if an appointment would be available to me. What kind of suggestion is this? Now I am going to run out of my medication as the surgery I have been with for over 3 years refuses to give me an appointment. Shocking service. |
