I had a vaccine appointment with one of the nurses at the Brownlow health clinic in Kensington and the nurse was so lovely! I was really worked up about having vaccines but she was so kind and I didn't even feel it!

There was a time when it was difficult to get an appointment and the attitude of various staff members wasn’t great.
However, this practice has improved so much.
The doctors are fantastic and the reception staff are so much more helpful and friendlier.
The place is very clean and the facilities are great too.
I hope this will continue in the future. | ||||||

I changed to this practice after being disappointed at another practice. The staff here are always respectful towards me and other people i see in waiting room. I am grateful that it was taken over by the Brownlow as they have definitely helped me through some difficult times in my famile. | ||||||
