Never answers the telephone. Cannot get an appointment at all. When you do get through staff are rude. | ||||||

This Drs is appalling I rang from 8 o’clock I got user busy more like phone off the hook finally got threw at 11 o’clock to be put on hold for 20 minutes for then be told ring in the morning at 8 o’clock what an absolutely disgrace was phoning to try and get an appointment for my 83 year old dad who has shortness of breath pains in his back shivering absolutely disgraceful needs reporting bring back dr egde was never like this | ||||||

On hold for 45 minutes in the end I drove down there & there was no receptionist manning the desk . It has taken a 1 week & 2 days to see a dr for the following week . We do not have a dr, only practice nurse & locus . Dr. Jude does not deserve the title he holds as no one gets to see him . I know the NHS have been under considerable strain since this COVID & probably are frightened well, so are the patients . If you can’t see a gp why are the surgery’s open . Having a telephone consultation over the phone is not acceptable. I had a phone call back from the nurse prescribing me antibiotics, ended up in hospital with shingles , twisted bowel & pneumonia!!! No faith in this practice & the ones that run it . It’s a joke & needs to be investigated. | ||||||
