I was prescribed drugs I was highly allergic to.
I was also given pills for a disorder I do not have.
Not once has the surgery done anything to help me.

I have had gone through terrible experience with this surgery from making an appointment to waiting to be seen by a GP.
In the morning when you try to make an appointment at 8 am, the phone is constantly on busy mode and you hardly get through.
They have no queuing call system in place and in several occasions when the phone rings it never gets picked up and if you don't try keep calling within the 20 mins you will be told that no appointments left.
Many appointments I have been went to, I and up waiting for almost an hour until I get seen by a GP. Their frequent excuse is that the GP is running late | ||||||
