Today 18 November I had a phone app booked two weeks ago with Dr Mortimer between 2 and 4pm. It is now 4.45 and the app ignored. | ||||||

Thank you for squeezing me in this morning, especially as I felt so grim .Sound advice,caring attitude, and hopefully I will feel better soon.This is first time visited GP in six years,they were very thorough , asked lots of questions and they cared. | ||||||

I’m not a frequent visitor to the doctors but I had cause to need to see a doctor on a couple of occasions in the last few months. I work full time and on both occasions ive been able to get an appointment on the day. I was able to get my blood tests on my way to work because I got seen before 9am and I received the results and my treatment plan within the week. I can’t fault the service I’ve had from the staff at this surgery | ||||||
