    Appointment system is appalling. Having moved from a surgery outside the area I have experienced both good (Tarleton) and poor (Roe Lane) reception triage. Receptionists provide incorrect information and conflict one another. One in particular is very dismissive and unhelpful to the point of being rude. Once you see a doctor if you can get past the reception team things improve greatly. Just a pity about the booking system and reception triage.

    I can't understand all the negative comments on here about Roe Lane, the service is first Class and can't be faulted from the reception staff to Gps this is a free service and a over stretched NHS, please be grateful.
