The admin staff at this surgery are terrible. They are extremely unhelpful and look at you as if you are asking for the impossible. I have had several really bad experiences just recently with the reception on the phone and the reception/admin staff face to face. I was told on the phone that I could just go into the surgery to pick up my medical records but when I got there I was told NO that will not be possible. When I asked why, I was told to fill in a form - which I did there and then and handed it back. I explained that I would need my records BEFORE my court case which was on 31st May as I wanted to show them to the Judge. I was then told by the admin staff that they had a huge pile of similar requests and therefor could not promise they would be done in time! There were 7 admin staff on that day in the reception area and I was told that the first person I spoke to on the phone was in another office presumably full of more admin staff. It beggars belief that they can't do their jobs properly with so many staff working there. I also feel the need to say that they had a dog behind main reception that had just done a wee on the floor - all 7 of them seemed more interested in the dog than the many patients waiting to be seen to. | ||||||

Wonderful surgery with excellent and knowledgeable reception staff. Professional and caring medical staff happy to make sure patients are well looked after. Appointments are readily available and annual tests also take place. On line prescription ordering is instant and medicines are delivered by a local pharmacy within 24 hours of ordering. | ||||||

As a new patient at this practice, I am impressed by all the administrative and clinical staff I have met. They are all polite, efficient and professional . I have had face to face interactions with phlebotomy and nursing staff both of whom are thorough and empathetic and are genuinely interested in their patients. Telephone consultations with the ANP & pharmacist were also thorough and unhurried and overall the practice seems to fully deserve the excellent reputation which it enjoys. | ||||||
