I've got various chronic problems, with mental health, osteomyelitus, which I am taking antibiotics for, and insomnia.
The insomnia means I normally don't get to sleep until after 5 in the morning - I need what sleep I can get, I can't very well get up at 8am to phone into the Hightown Village Surgery to make an appointment with my GP. Unfortunately, this seems to be the only way to get an appointment, which leaves me unable to see a doctor. | ||||||

My family and I have had outstanding service from all the professionals that work at this surgery - given the issues they have had with thinking they were moving/closing etc they never failed to provide a good positive service and thankfully they stayed out and continue. | ||||||

I find it very easy to make appointments both by phone and online, the environment is pleasant and clean and all staff really helpful and welcoming. Only downside is the taking of blood samples - last gave some in January but seems to be problematic for some reason on every occasion both I and my husband have done so, despite not having any problems previously at other clinics! A competency issue?
Despite this, more than satisfied with the service on offer. | ||||||
