This surgery provides excellent care and always try their best to provide appointments where they can. I have always managed to get a same day appointment for both myself and my daughters, which is very much appreciated in the current climate. I have found on numerous occasions I have found that all staff whether it be doctors, nurses or reception staff have gone above and beyond to support and accommodate our needs. |

The practice nurse was playing infantile games because I was 5 minutes late for an appointment. The next appointment I was kept waiting for half an hour and then told I couldn't be seen for a diabetic check, and the same for the next appointment. I just changed my Drs because of this. It is sad that someone who is supposed to be caring behaves like this. |
