On ringing at 08.30.am this morning (26.09.2019) for an appointment to see a doctor the receptionist asked me for a brief account of my condition and after a brief assessment offered me an appointment at 09.10.am with a practice nurse who was well qualified to deal with my health problem, this was a fabulous response with an appointment within an excellent time frame which was very much appreciated.
I attended at the appointment time and was seen by the practise nurse. The nurse made an examination of my chest as I had a bad cough for a couple of weeks. During the examination she discussed my condition and treatment options with me and as I would expect she was very professional and understanding. The nurse prescribed the necessary medication which I am sure will resolve my issue.
I have used the Heswall & Pensby group practice and before this new surgery the Pensby location for very many years and have found that the standard of appointments and medical staff have been absolutely excellent - well done and thank you to all concerned for a fabulous service you are all amazing. |

IMO the practice will have very reduced rating now that the doctor has left.
He always gave time and has patience , knowledge, experience and kindness.
As a 92 years young oldie, who do I take my old bones and joints to?
