I had a minor op carried out by Dr Braeunling. I couldn’t have been looked after any better by Dr B and his lovely nurse Lauren. Very caring and he even rang later in the day to check I was ok, and let. E know I could get in touch if was at all worried. Excellent service. |

I can understand the frustration of some of the patients regarding booking appointments. It can be a little hti and miss as to whether you can get an appointment on the day that you require it. This is not always the fault of the surgery as many people book unnecessary appointments, or don't bother turning up for the ones they have made, so please bear thus in mind when blaming the admin staff?. As a family we cannot thank the Warrens Medical Centre enough. Both myself and my husband experienced life threatening illnesses. Their original diagnosis on both occasions, and the ongoing care that we have received has been second to none. |

Have had to move to a nearby surgery due to the lack of care and compassion from nearly every member of staff..Dr Braunlig being the exception. Econsult for a child in pain took 5 days to be acknowledged, resulting phone call was 53 seconds long before it was ended by GP for children and the referrals that were allegedly completed were never done. When I attended the surgery to follow up because the phone is never answered, I was told not to come in and to sit on a bench outside. The practice manager threw the referral at me and told me to sort it myself as I clearly have a better knowledge of the system than them. Sadly she was right. To further compound the distress the lead GP for complaints spent pages defending their incompetence with the same lack of compassion that runs through the surgery. Avoid at all costs. |
