Yesterday my wife who is diabetic had an appointment with Dr Thomas. Whist waiting her blood sugars.began to drop and she went into a hypo. She was then called in and her blood sugars were still dropping. Dr Thomas was outstanding in the way he looked after her and kept her there until she stabilised. She came out raving about the caring way he treated her. Thank you Dr Thomas from us both. | ||||||

The practice is very difficult to contact by telephone. The answering system is obviously programmed to allow ring tone to persist for 19 rings before the call is disconnected. This gives the caller the mistaken confidence that they will event receive an answer. In nine repeat calls between 14:45 and 15:45 on 29 September 2021 I encountered this and I have had the same experience on multiple occasions. | ||||||
