Absolutely impossible to get an appointment. Changing my surgery now ,have been with this practice since birth as they have grown in size. Disgraceful service my doctor now is the walk in centre. Would rather a smaller practice receive my funding instead of this Disgraceful surgery |

Do not use this doctors. The service is so poor. I could not get my son after spending 45 minutes on hold when he was poorly and had to que hours in walk in when he hadn’t slept all the night before. Rang again about something I am really concerned with gave me an appointment for 3 weeks time. This place has gone down hill since COVID and keeps dropping, They have plenty of appointments left on the day. This place comes across lazy and inconsiderate and pointless and it should be shut down. It is a waste of people’s money keeping this practise open to the public. |

Booking system is terrible. On hold yesterday for 50minutes just to be told that there are no appointments for today call back tomorrow. Been on hold this morning for 30mins and I’m number 20 in the que! This is really poor patient service. Previous experiences have been poor as well. Tried to get an appointment for my newborn a few months ago…no appointments went walk in centre in the end. Come to the realization that I’ll have to move to another surgery which is a shame as I’ve been here since a child but what’s the point of being registered here when you can never get an appointment. |
