I am always listened to and given the utmost respect from any GP at this surgery. It's sometimes difficult to get an appointment but when I do, I'm treated very well. I have a few chronic illnesses and before diagnosis I was living a nightmare. My GP has always listened to me and never fobbed me off when I have come for support and advice. The care here is second to none. |

This practice is great, has been going over 20 odd years now including my family, the staff are always lovely. However my main concern is that its very hard to get an appointment. You must call at 8am inwhich they are always busy and I cannot get through, I keep calling until I can and by then, they are always fully booked, including out of hours. I am then left feeling awful or in pain all day as symtoms are not an emergency situation. They need a better appointment system or more GPs/staff. This has happens a handful of times throughout the years now. |

I am totally disgusted with all the doctors in this practise. If you are overweight even by a little bit that is why you are not well. (A bad cold, because you are over weight) Fact. I have lots of allergies and when my grown children have gone in, they get "with a mother like yours what do you expect". I expect my children even when they are now adults to be treated as individuals and not as they have been. This is totally unexcepted behaviour and I would warn anyone from joining this practice.. |
