Drs are absolutely lovely but the fact they employ the most rude unsympathetic staff as there front of house baffles me I’ve never in my life encountered more vile god liked behaviour style of staff in my life 5* doctors but they are utterly let down by their staff on the reception desk .. I’ve worked in face to face customer care all my life and I can’t even imagine how they where trained to deal with anything but a war awful people |

I was diagnosed with haemorrhoids over 12 months ago.I was referred to see a consultant 3 months ago.I heard nothing and rang the contact number from aph they told me it would be over 12 months as it's routine.I then went private with exroid.Yesterday the consultant could not treat me as I had ulcers not haemerhoids and a bad rash. The consultant advised I need an urgent referral. |

I have cancer. I have good reason to want an appointment. Next appt is 4 weeks away. Receptionists just say to ring at 8am. They really need to try that! Ring, engaged, ring, engaged, ring....ad nauseam, and when you finally get through there are no appts left. What's the point? It's beyond stressful and doesnt work. Deeply hacked off with this appt , or rather lack of appt, system. Get it sorted, St Hilary's. |
