Absolutely awful service, i have been with this practice for years, and over the last few years the service has got so much worse. They hardly ever answer the phone you just end up on hold for ages, if you do finally get to speak to someone they never have any appointments just refer you to the walk in! I had to wait 3 weeks last month for a telephone consultation for a repeat prescription for tablets that they put me on!!! I'm seriously considering changing doctors and soon. I've just told the girl on the phone their service is awful its not worth being registered with them as a doctors because they are never helpful. I also tried poning 111 and that was a waste of time too! For anyone who is possibly considering signing up to this doctor surgery i really wouldn't bother you'll never get seen or get an appointment. | ||||||
