Extremely poor service , can’t get an appointment, Constantly put you on to a clinician who then says you need a doctor Doctors send you a text Had no choice but to change GP service as my health was declining so fast | ||||||

I am a recently registered patient at this surgery and have found the staff very helpful and polite. My doctor is very supportive, caring and has listened and helped me overcome a recent condition. I'd recommend this surgery. | ||||||

I have a number of conditions, requiring frequent visits and phone calls to the doctors. All doctors I have dealt with have been excellent, understanding and have involved me as much as possible in decisions about my care. Doctors have treated me with dignity and respect and like an informed patient; I've always felt they've worked with me to try and get me the best possible treatment and outcomes. The receptionists and management team are lovely, understanding and would stop at nothing to help as well.
I typically am able to see the same doctor so as to ensure continuity of care, but in the rare cases this hasn't been possible other doctors have also been excellent and up to date with my file. Cannot fault this surgery about anything. Would give it an A+++ rating. A rare gem. | ||||||
