This is one of several complaints but this is the most recent. My daughter who is 1 year and 7 months old has ulcers all over her tongue and throat, she also wasn’t eating or drinking and completely refused to take her dummy. I noticed it in the night time so I waited until morning to ring up. I started ringing at 8am and phoned 33 times until I finally managed to get through. They told me they did not have any face-to-face appointments which isn’t a shock as they always say this and said they could do a telephone appointment in the afternoon. They gave me their email to send over photos which is did. I waited all day and I phoned up at 5pm and asked if she was still getting a phone call. They said ‘we are open until 6:30 you will get a call before then’ so I waited and waited and they didn’t phone up. I am going to have to change over doctors and this is one of many issues I have had with these doctors. |

Been the surgery 12 years all staff and doctors are really helpful and very professional go far and beyond to help with any situation with my illness as I have fibro and just been diagnosed with epilepsy I also have a daughter with special needs and they never fail to push for my daughter to get the help she needs it’s reassuring to know they are supporting our best interests fast and efficient with referrals the new online referrals and prescriptions will be with this practice for ever |
