Just dropped my partner off for an appointment who’s in bad pain. He was 8 mins late and the receptionist who dealt with him was extremely rude. You shouldn’t have people like this working here. It’s a doctors people could be struggling with severe mental or physical health and don’t need your staff treating them like this. Disgusting | ||||||

I wish can't change the personal from the reception because they are rude and rasist and if you call no appointments if you go there 08:00 morning you have to call they can book appointments if you go there The big clinics like this one and the merridale they never have appointments for nothing no gp available no blood test available | ||||||

The receptionists are very rude and never want to help they never have appointments avaible i think they are rasist with romania people. For example today 27.03.2023 i get a appointment for the phone with my GP he said to me after the call to call the reception for made a appointment for two blood testing and the doctor tell me he will let ther know to be flexible for my blood test because one blood test have to be when is my period and i tell them my period is irregular so can't say the date if is possible to do the second blood test next week and for the next one when my period will come i will let them know . They was very rude and very unprofessional she said my blood test is not important and i am waiting fir two years to fix this problem with my period and my infertility | ||||||
