Surgery is clean and well maintained. Too mainy junior doctors. After two weeks of tests I was given no resolution for my symptoms and was told I would have to wait a month for a referral phone call! Reception staff can be rude and impatient lacking empathy when let’s be honest the only reason you’re there is because you’re suffering. | ||||||

Excellent service has always been the first priority of Heathlane Surgery. Having gone through some serious life threating ordeals over the last couple of years recently it has become apparent that the aftercare is just as inportant as the surgery. This is where I would like to tke the time to applaud in my opinion one of the nicest, considerate and skilled docters who is part of the surgery. Even though I still have a way to go and will never be the same person physically health wise, mentally I know there are barriers to overcome and challanges to be had. However these become easier on a month to month basis when you have such a wonderful docter assisting you through the challanges. So Dr from me and my family I know we will get there eventally. So from us, The Tantums, I can only say a GREAT BIG THANK YOU. You are literally our/my LIFE saver. | ||||||

. The admin/reception staff are an absolute delight to talk with, The nursing staff are AMAZING And the doctors have always been perfect. I am not exactly an easy patient with my long list of medical issues but they always deal with me to the best of their ability. I have seen the majority of the Doctors and I don't have a single bad thing to report. I think we are lucky to have such an amazing facility with equally amazing staffs. Lots of investments being made into the practice which will only improve on patient care so look forward to seeing future advancements. I am really grateful for everyone here, over the years I have really required them. A great practice, in my opinion. | ||||||
