Always feel welcome and treated with the utmost care by the doctors here - they provide a quality service. The same goes for the majority of the reception/admin staff - always friendly and helpful.
On the flip side, difficult to get through when calling and get an appointment on the day. Also occasions where some staff on the phone seem to be quite aggressive and dismissive - but then again you get annoying people in every workplace. |

Your ANP has recently been seeing my mother and all i can say is Thank You!, she has been amazing with her, she has explained her illness and treatment to her in away that she understands and can handle and help sort additional help to allow mum to remain independant at home. Thank you. We really appreciate it. |

On my last visit i was told the GP i had been seeing and an built up trust with had left i was told i felt very anxious and didnt know what to do the GP i saw i asked for my medication to be reduced yet she upped them by 75m i walked away feeling i had not been listed to and its now put me off going again but i need meditation thinking of finding a new doctors |
