I have never had a bad experience at this practice I have been in since I was a baby. Always get an appointment when needed on the same day if you ring 1st thing. However on Tuesday I was in an emotional state an needing medical assistance in the afternoon. I rang and even though they had no appointment the doctor still squeezed me in at end of surgery as I was emotionally distressed. Not only did they do this but the doctors bedside manner was amazing and completely put me at ease and reduced my anxiety. I can't thank and praise them enough i felt they really did go above and beyond that day | ||||||

I have been a member of this practice for more than 20yrs, each doctor I have seen are always helpful and respectful to my needs. Friendly and helpful receptionists who are always happy to help and advise who I need to see i.e nurse or doctor, for each particular reason. Clean, good updated displays in waiting area. good parking | ||||||
