The reception staff very rude and treat patiants poorly as well as the docters if you ever get to see one. you can not get a face to face you are ignored of your symtoms and denyeid any medication to releif symtoms there care is in Overall: Inadequate https://www.cqc.org.uk/location/1-10599179952/inspection-summary. if you complain officialy, there staff become nasty and very bad attiude towards you, they will make things hard for you, and evently ban you and make up lies about your visit. please take all your negative complaints about this surgery to healthwatch blackpool. thank you | ||||||

I have been at Elizabeth Street practise for over 35 years and even though I have moved and I do have other practises closer to me I prefer to stay with my trusted GP. I was admitted to Hospital for a urgent operation and discharged some 4 days later. I felt very poorly and returned to see my GP, after a initial examination he had no hesitation in having me sent directly back to Hospital were I remained for a further 4 weeks following the operation I had lots of complications that needed much morer treatment. I believe and was informed by a medical professional that the actions of my GP went a long way to aiding my recovery and even saving my life. I am still having follow up appointments with the doctor. I am very grateful to my GP and the practise for the ongoing support I have had from them over the years. | ||||||
