Absolutely awful surgery, one receptionist is very rude and is off hand as soon as you ring, poor service can never get in to see the same doctor twice, doctors don’t even ask to see you as a follow up, I’ve got more help from Google and have resorted to going private as I’m so frustrated, definitely time to change surgeries. |

A very terrible phone service by this little Harwood health practice, I called the surgery 50 times before I managed to get through as the phone lines where engaged every time I called there numbe, then when I finally got through on to the queuing system I was told I was 8 in the queue, guess what an 1 hour and 45mins later I am still still waiting in the queue and still waiting to speak to someone. An absolutely a terrible management service at this surgery, he am sorry to say who ever is the manager there needs to be fired and be replaced by someone who knows how to run the a gp surgery properly. A complaint is going to made from myself to the NHS complaints department how disgraceful this service and just such bad experience for anyone to go through specially when someone is not well. |

Terrible terrible. Not the doctors but the office staff receptionist very rude. Was on the phone. And once proved she was wrong I was told you are shouting and phone put down on me. Went to the surgery to get complaints address and staff member name Was not given to me. Asked to speak to manager. Was told she is in meeting. Only when I said I need the nhs complaints address against a gp practice and the managers meeting is finished. |
