cannot speak too highly of all GPS. Changed to Yorkshire Street Surgery on recommendations and during a particularly traumatic period for our family, we have found all GPS and admin/reception ladies most helpful, understanding and so efficient and caring. My sincere thanks to the nursing team too who again are very friendly and always show such empathy to my whole family. |

The reception staff are 100% better than the staff of our previous surgery, the are the most friendly and helpful people to deal with.
The medical staff always explaine things fully and simply and the advice and explanation that they give always put your mind at rest. |

no help at all I got told I'm not on the books anymore because I missed some appointments but when I phoned I got told I'm not a good person and when I told then I missed this appointment was because my nan passed away and I got told it doesn't matter I should have ring then how it was Friday night I left and only got back at 10.45am this morning no phone on I haven't even see my kids because I had to phone them but no a lot of rubbish not happy been there for 8 years and no help with anything |
