I recently had to move to this practice just due to moving in to the area snd by god i wish i dint have to leave my old practice because this is the worst i have ever been to only came to sign up 3 weeks ago and in that short time i have been laughed at down the phone by a receptionist and spoken to like im dirt on someones shoe had an appoitment and left the practise crying if you can avoid going to this practice then please do it really is the worst ive ever been to |

Trying to get through on ‘Phone for 1 hr Thus 2nd Sept 2021 Will keep trying This used to be an excellent practice.It needs to improve its image before it starts to see patients leaving to join another practice who incidentally has a superb reputation |

This practice used to be so well run, but it has become very poor and is hiding behind the covid pandemic. For example, their nonsensical appointment system means that, if you can't get through on the phone before 0830 (usually can't get through as the line is busy), the receptionist will not make an appointment and asks you to call back before 0830 the following day, when you can't get through...... Not booking appointments in advance is nonsense. I have been using private health services for the last 12 months as the service is so poor, but many patients will not have that option. A great shame that this once excellent practice is now so poor. |
