Rang 8am. Position 8 . Took 45 minutes to answer.i have a chest infection. Was told I would have an appointment over the phone. No time was given. I Call them back at at 5 30 as not received a call. To be told oh your notes say you need a physical appointment call back Monday. Antibiotics are needed today not Monday. There's around 8 doctors in that practice and 4 nurses. And not one is available all day. It's disgusting. | ||||||

I understand that there have been problems with the old telephone system which is not working well with an updated installation. I too share the frustration of not being able to get through on the phone. However if you call into the surgery in person the staff are invariably friendly and helpful. When I had an urgent problem I visited the reception and got a phone call back from a GP within 90 minutes. Nursing staff are very friendly and skilled. All practices are suffering from a lack of staff currently; the GP/population ratio in this area is relatively low. What we really need is an increase in resources going into GP health services! | ||||||

I have tried to call this surgery 20 times. Got kicked off the line every time. Its impossible to have an engaged tone all day everyday. This surgery used to be better 20 years ago when I was a child. Get a grip Richmond Hill. | ||||||
