Unfortunately we had to leave this practice when we moved area. They were brilliant with myself and my children one of whom has significant multiple health needs. They were always prompt, professional and supportive. I truly wish all GPs were as good as this surgery. | ||||||

Asked for an appointment on 20th July and the closest available appointment was 6 weeks later, 30th August. Nationwide average; 85% of people get an appointment within 2 weeks and 50% of people get an appointment the same day. So 6 weeks is quite shocking, really. | ||||||

While waiting in a queue with many others was verbally abused spoken to by strategic manager ranting at us all , everyone was disgusted at this unprofessional manner ,on November 5th , even when another patient confronted her later ,was asked to leave you can't e mail or write as they go to her or I believe her daughter who is her deputy ( is that even allowed???). Even a volunteer apologised to us all , thank goodness doctors and nurses and other staff are professional | ||||||
