Cannot get an appointment even though the doctor has told me to make sure I come back within a certain time period. I can't get an appointment over the phone, at the counter or on the app. I've called and asked reception to reset the app, been told they won't do that, they won't make an appointment at the counter, don't know what else I'm supposed to Do!!!! No wonder my blood pressure is so high! | ||||||

A couple of the receptionists at this surgery are beyond terrible! When you ring up with queries or requests they are unhelpful, rude and opinionated! You can request a doctors appointment, they ask the reason? then they decide you can’t see a doctor you can see a nurse? Or some other clinician! Who are they to tell a patient who they can/can’t see? They are not doctors and should NOT be deciding if a patient can see a doctor or not! Most people are sensible enough to decide for themselves if they think they need a doctor or not! When you request things you end up having to call back umpteen times before it’s sorted! | ||||||
