Some unpleasant staff, no privacy at reception. Emails ignored, phones unanswered, doctors who would prefer to see no patients and nurses with as much sympathy as a lump of coal. | ||||||

After constantly trying to get to the bottom of various symptoms, such as insomnia and arthritis , I am now left with no medication for the anxiety insomnia or arthritis pain, no follow ups, you have to call them, no appointments, no face to face with a gp. This surgery used to be brilliant, now not so much. I'm now looking online for alternatives whilst also looking for another gp. | ||||||

Wanted to speak about deppresion, as consultant was worried abou me (during consultation about something else) he wrote to my docttor with no response & did so again with no response again, I contacted the doctors (premium rate number!!!) mentioned this to someone, again no response phone appoinment made no reponse, after trying again, I received a textwith a 3rd party contact, not seen a doctor in 3 year you onpoy seem to get to see prcioning nurses or rainees doctors. matters from over 3 years ago are sill outstandiong & geting worse. | ||||||
