I had to change my GP due to geography and was dreading the process as I have a complex and very sensitive medical history. I was greeted with a smile on the desk and have so far dealt with reception, Practice Manager, HCA and GP.Everyone has been polite and helpful and in particular have behaved in a non-judgemental manner with regard to my previous medical history. First impressions count and mine are very positive. Thank you. |

My mother was using this practice and had many problems over the years mostly with the staff.
Recently before we moved surgery because of her experiences she was involved with the care co-coordinator and what an unpleasant experience that was she was rude and verging on abusive to my 87 year old mother who has many health concerns .
Also had previous problems with reception staff when i made them aware of my concerns they were also very rude and showed no empathy or decency towards my mother either.
Horrible place with very aggressive staff .
Was starting to think it was maybe what the NHS has become but since moving elsewhere i can see now exactly how substandard and unfriendly this practice is .
My advice to anyone is change practice and get the service you deserve and are entitled to, you dont need these horrible people when you are terminally ill |
