Can't ever get appointment at the surgery when you call on the day which Dr you want to see even if you know as you inquired in advance with them to know what day Dr Ahmad will be on but on the day you call they won't even give appointment with him been calling last 3 weeks on Monday and Tuesday even email my complaint but no one bothered to email or call the receptionist try to make out thery know who best to see if we feel like we want to see a Dr why can't we decide which GP we want to see the are very rude and distispectful | ||||||

Rang surgery given no appointment I was told on call doctor would contact me that never happened. Rang surgery again, forth in the queue to be on the line 45mins to be cut off absolutely pathetic. They leave me no choice but to go to urgent care. If this is what is happening with all gp surgeries no wonder accident and emergency urgently care are overwhelmed, they need to start seeing patients, this used to be a good gp surgery but I'm not satisfied anymore with their service. | ||||||
