79 attempts, starting at 8am, before I got onto the call waiting list. I am now 110 minutes into waiting to be answered and still no help. Been in position 1 for over 20 mins. It's like this every time I try to make an appointment. I work, on holiday today, so I can't be wasting nearly 3 and a half hours sat waiting to an answer. If this is the standard of all clinics it's time to get rid of privately run surgeries and have purely NHS run surgeries. At this rate it would have been easier to go and get an appointment in person, except you can only book one via a phone call. So it's back to self medication and hope I am doing the correct thing. Time to change surgery. Hope this place gets slammed during its next review. Hopeless | ||||||

This practice especially the receptionists are shockingly rude and speak to human like we are some kind of dogs??? The calls I have recorded but the manager is never free to get in contact with and apparently according to the receptionists she’s always in a meeting or not in. This is terrible and needs to get sorted and a system needs to be put in place for god sake! They never have any appointments and when we ring in to book in the morning who ever Answers phone speaks to us like we are the issue. I would like to expose this surgery as it has gone beyond a joke | ||||||

Got kicked of there system even though been with the same doctors since i was a child for apparently going to another GP which i didnt even do. I also got told it might be because i dont attend the doctors that often before they investigated, surely they dont expect me to pretend to be ill just to make sure i still stay registered. Absolute Joke! They never even informed me of this happening too and now have to re-register I sent in a change of address form over a year ago for myself and my daughter (the same form) my daughter who is 2 gets a monthly prescription had her address changed but not mine. Other family members have also complained about their rude staff and you can never get through. | ||||||
