I am a nhs worker of 19 years. The nurses are excellent at Blackburn road. They listened with empathy about menopause issues. Really helped with treatments and followed up! Seen me when I was off work. I just feel they go above and beyond. And no issue is silly! Thank you Liz and team. Amazing practice. | ||||||

I have been a patient of this surgery for a number of years, and I can honestly say it is the worst practice I have ever been too. You cant get an appointment, even if you are crying with pain, absolutely no compassion from the receptionist. I have been waiting 10 days for a repeat prescription and it still isn't ready, despite numerous phone calls and a call from my pharmacist, yesterday I was told they would try and rush it through only now to be told the doctor has gone home and it will be monday when they ask him??? And now I am without pain relief for the foreseeable future thanks to their incompetence.

What an awful experience. Dr M. L. N. Motupalli one of the worst doctors I could have come across. Doesn’t care about your needs or your problems. He gets angry and aggressive towards you making you feel that your problems aren’t serious. I do not recommend this surgery and avoid at all costs. | ||||||
