What an overwhelming experience, the caring nurses and doctors looked after me, they listened to me and really helped me pull through the darkest of places I was in. Suffering with anxiety and weight loss due to not being able to eat anything. I know it's not possible to mention names on here but one member of staff there I owe so much to for just listening to me and reassuring me everything is going to be ok, in my opinion she went over and above the call of duty and if there was more members of staff like that the nhs would be a better place. It really did mean a lot to me getting the help and support that has now put me in a better place physically and mentally. Once again thank you to all at stepping stone practice you've really made a difference to mine and my families life going forward and it's very much appreciated. | ||||||

I’m fortunate I don’t need to visit the doctors often but I wanted to share my recent experience. Can’t thank a particular lady on reception enough, I called with a query and rather than take up my time and the doctors she fed back to me when she said she would, was always polite and supportive. As a busy working person it’s difficult to take time off, she not only understood that but also agreed I didn’t need to use an appointment that someone more I need did. I met with a lady for some blood tests, she spent extra time with me and gave me some sound advise as well as an MOT. Again professional and knowledgeable when I asked her questions and what was needed. Thank you for a great service. | ||||||

I recently attended the surgery for what I considered to be a routine follow up test, this proved positive and I was concerned, but the surgery and the doctor dealt with me very promptly. Ensuring I had all the information.They made appointments for me to come back the next day for further test which were carried out promptly. I cannot fault the service I received from both the Doctor and the Practice Manager. It has been excellent. | ||||||
