For months i went to the doctor and kept telling them i was in agony with my knees walking distance and going up/down stairs. My doctor told me it will clear or maybe have pain killers and sent me to physio from them.Eventually the pain was so bad i told doctor he is neglecting my cause of k ee pain and its neglect so he then sent me to a specialist who confirmed it was Osteoarthritis.My doctor still wanted to send me to physio. ( not impressed ). i seen the 2nd doctor for lower back pain and she told me to buy ibuprofen over the counter. I seen a locum doctor for lower back pain & he said he will send me for back xrays etc, he said take this to receptionist & they will sort that out along with the bloods. I had bloods done but 3 weeks later i am still waiting for an appointment for xray. I went back to doctors and asked about the xray & receptionist tells me that the appointment was never put through.I waited 25 minuts to see the doctor still no result.
I feel truely neglected by my own doctor who does not seem to care enough about his/her patients. I have now changed surgery & doctor and reccommend to anyone else to do the same. MOVE SURGERY..... | ||||||

This surgery seems to have bad mannered receptionists and doctors. They never answer the phone and just keeps riniging. Doctor looks at the internet and checks your symptoms. Doctors with attidude. Complete disgrace. Worst doctors. Doctors always seem to be in a rush. They don't treat people fairly. This surgery needs a urgent cqc inspection. Disgusting. | ||||||

This gp is surgery is very unprofessional. I mentioned to the gp that I could not swallow tablets and have difficulty swallowing and they mentioned that it should be okay. They are disgusting and not all adults are able to swallow tablets and capsules. You should and ask us without telling us. Some of us can choke. Very ashamed of this surgery and you should all be ashamed of yourselves. They never answer the phone, need more staff. Receptionists are rude. | ||||||
