Once again I got a quick and excellent service from this practice and DOCTOR Gullhum Bhat and reception staff. I phoned at 8am February 14th at 8am and offered an appointment to see the Doc at 9am. Cant get better than that. Toni Astley |

Asked why prescription for prescribed pain relief had not been sent to the pharmacy. Advised that GP had stated medication was not due yet! Appears that GP has not been updating the computer system when the medication has been increased as the system still states I am prescribed the lowest dose according to the receptionist! I visited this GP two weeks ago when she told me to increase the medication to the maximum dose. So, no record of this on computer system and appears the GP has had a memory lapse which has left me, the patient without this pain relief!! Requested prescription again, explained situation to the receptionist who sent an urgent request for prescription to the GP and explaining that I was now taking the higher dose. I rang the pharmacy 15 minutes after the surgery closed. No prescription has been sent. I could deduce from this that the GP believes me to be a liar, an addict or both!!!! All my confidence (and I had plenty) in this GP is now lost. I have been denied the prescribed pain medication that I need due to no fault of my own!! Tomorrow morning I have none of this medication and will awake in agonising pain. Thank you Dr Bhat!!!!! |

I have been a patient here for nearly 10 years and can not fault the service.
From Receptionsts and Nurses to seeing the Doctor 5* service.
I have had quite a few appointments lately for various tests and consultations and I am completely happy with the service. The main thing I appreciate is being able to have an input into my treatment.
I genuinely feel at ease whenever I visit. Yes it can get busy and open surgery sometimes is a wait but to me that shows how good the surgery is.
Thank you all for everything |
