I have been a patient at the practice for many years, sadly this surgery has gone so far downhill that it needs serious consideration for immediate changes, ever since Mr & Mrs Nagpal have left ,sadly so has the level of care and compassion, they only care about NHS costs and not the priority of the patient, also removing medications from patients without consulting them which can have severe consequences to the patient, my medications was tampered with which i need for a complicated chronic illness that can have serious implications if stopped i have never in my life known doctors like this, and it is heart breaking to see this, what was a wonderful practice to now being a shambles, mr & mrs nagpal would be incredibly saddened to see all the amazing hard work and compassion they gave to patients now destroyed. Please do not register at this surgery and stay well clear, you are not a priority you are a number with pound signs above your head. Doctor i strongly urge you to seriously look at how your running your practice and make changes immediately as this can not continue to run the way you are currently please take more care and attention to the patients needs, start looking at the priority of patients rather than costs! or do the kind thing and leave to a doctor that actually cares for the patients needs and not NHS cost cutting! Mr & Mrs Nagpal was incredible doctors that only cared for the welfare of the patient and never costs to the NHS, always listening to the patients needs and always putting them at the forefront of the practice running. such a shame and very upsetting to see it like this now. To the practice response before you do, i would not bother because you would never admit the above issues but im afraid to say this is all true and take a look at your google reviews too, seems many of us having serious issues with you, also dont forget not all patients would leave a review, i would not normally but i found it too serious to ignore. |

Firstly the receptionist that answered made me wait 10 minutes after i had already told her my issue after waiting 15 minuted to get through saying she had to speak to other patients putting me on hold. Surely if they’ve answered the call, their attention should be on the caller. The doctor i had arranged my appointment for had cancelled my appointment because he/she had finished for the day and apparently had rang my phone which was from a no called id number to let me know. I however was at work so did not recieve these calls until it was a few minutes before my scheduled appointment. The receptionist was no help at all and said it was just how it was saying the doctor rang me many times and i should have answered my phone. Rude team at receptionist and just no manners at all. |

Never answer phone im sure they keep it of hook! 400 odd phone calls made for a 8 month old baby to be told ring tommorrow no appointments!! To ring again from 8.02am get through at 8 50am to be told again no appointments laughable to say they dont see patients face to face! Also make you que outside in rain cause of covid so if your ill you will definitely be even more so after spending 30 min over your appointment time in the pouring rain beacuse they are behind like always! |
